Macadamia Crusted Fish With Broth Infused Veg

Turn your bland baked fish into your weekly must have. This crunchy golden crusted fish fillet is the perfect way to dress up your midweek dinners.

Fish Fillet:

  •  2 x fish fillets of choice



  1. Place macadamia nuts, coriander and Bone Broth in a blender, blend until smooth
  2. Place fish on a oven tray
  3. With a spoon spread topping over the fish fillet
  4. Place in oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes
  5. Cut veg into small pieces
  6. Add butter to a wok pan + veggies, broth, and salt and pepper
  7. Cook for 5 minutes
  8. Serve crusted fish over the veg


  •  Plenty of good fats to keep you full for longer
